The free PS Plus games for August have been revealed by Sony, with players being able to get their hands on Mafia 3 and Dead by Daylight from the 7th.
Mafia 3 (PS4)
As returning African-American war veteran Lincoln Clay, it’ll be up to you to cut a trail of destruction through the seedy underworld of New Bordeaux – a re-imagined version of New Orleans -settling scores with old rivals, forging new alliances and building a criminal empire. – PlayStation Blog
In Mafia 3, like the games before it, the player is able to freely drive and shoot their way through a crime-filled city in their quest for vengeance.
Dead by Daylight (PS4)
A simple concept that brings with it nightmarish chaos, Dead by Daylight is a 4v1 survival game, where three of the players must run, hide, and escape from the fourth; a murdering psychopath.
What adds to the tension in this 80’s slasher experience, is that classic killers Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger and Leatherface can all be played as, or heavily avoided as well.
