WWE 2K18 have revealed that this year’s cover superstar will be former champion Seth Rollins.
In the trailer above, appropriately named ‘Vandal’, Rollins can be seen destroying various WWE memorabilia. This includes setting fire to Ric Flair’s iconic robe, smashing up the million-dollar championship belt, and knocking the head off of an Andre the Giant statue.
The WWE 2K series, while improving in terms of features and roster year on year, still has room for improvement. This could come in the form of the recently missing fan-favourite ‘Showcase’ mode, GM mode, or Road to Wrestlemania.
Rumours
In a recent report from Cageside Seats, gold medallist and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is still “expected to be the legend attached to this year’s WWE 2K18 video game.” Only time will tell if the RAW General Manager will be making appearance, but it seems likely.
WWE 2K18 is available on October 17th on PS4 and Xbox One, with a Switch release not confirmed as of yet.
