Beloved PlayStation arcade racing game Crash Team Racing (CTR) is getting a new lease of life, being remastered for the current generation of consoles.
Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled comes two years after the much anticipated N. Sane Trilogy, and a year after the recently released Spyro Reignited Trilogy. Both games were faithfully and lovingly recreated, keeping much of the charm of the original games, whilst getting a complete graphical overhaul.
As seen from the above trailer, CTR: Nitro-Fueled stays true to the sights and sounds of the original, with familiar-looking tracks, but also adds in modern features; such as online racing, and kart customisation.
The game was originally teased by Hollie Bennett of PlayStation Access who tweeted:
Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled power-slides onto to PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on June 21st, 2019.
