Infinity Ward have announced that Modern Warfare’s long awaited “classified” game mode is indeed a battle royale, titled Call of Duty Warzone.
After weeks of leeks it has today been confirmed (see above trailer) that Warzone will be coming out Tuesday 10th.
The most reliable source for Call of Duty information, Charlie Intel, revealed the news that the mode would be free to play, and will include Battle Royale as well as Plunder.
From the image of the map it looks as though Ground War map locations such as Boneyard will help to make up the larger Warzone map, which will house 150 players in three man teams. Players will also be able to respawn back into the game after successfully winning a 1v1 in the Gulag.
