Sledgehammer Games have officially revealed the trailer for the upcoming Call of Duty: WW2 Nazi Zombies mode.
Back from the dead…
In the trailer, seen above, players can see what to expect when the game finally launches. The fan-favourite game mode seems to heading in a much darker, twisted direction with the hellish design of the zombies and the overall setting, as opposed to the quite lighthearted alternative in Infinite Warfare. The scientist responsible for the events that unfold, Doktor Peter Glucksbringer Straub (voiced by Udo Kier), even refers to his Frankenstein-like creation as “The Devil himself.”
The cast includes Kier, as well as David Tennant as Drostan Hynd, Elodie Yung as Olivia Durant, Katheryn Winnick as Marie Fischer, and Ving Rhames as Jefferson Potts.
According to Sledgehammer Games via Twitter, the story lines in Advanced Warfare’s Zombies mode and WW2’s don’t intersect, the mystery box and wonder weapons return, and there will be “perks and a special reward system.” Studio co-head Michael Condrey has also stated that this will be the hardest Easter egg hunt that the community has ever been on.
Players can unlock the secrets to Nazi Zombies when the game releases on November 3rd.
