October’s free PS Plus games have been revealed and will be available for subscribers to download from the 5th, just don’t expect anything too spooky this Halloween.
Hell Let Loose (PS5)
Developed by Black Matter, Hell Let Loose focuses on a more historically accurate World War 2 experience, with players choosing one of 14 battlefield roles in 50v50 multiplayer battles. Be prepared to encounter “infantry, tanks, artillery, a dynamically shifting front line and a unique resource based RTS-inspired meta-game” in this previously PC exclusive, grittily-realistic shooter.
PGA Tour 2K21
It’s time to channel your inner Shooter McGavin with PGA Tour 2K21. Create your own golfing legend as you customise your gear on the way to the top, compete against the best players in the world to become champion, build your own clubhouse or play against your friends online.
Mortal Kombat X
Though it’s been out for some time now (and has seen a sequel be released), Mortal Kombat X is part of this months’ line-up and will be downloadable along with the other titles on October 5th, after September’s games become unavailable on October 4th.
Netherrealm Studios’ bone-crunching beat ‘em up fuses cinematic presentation with an all-new gameplay experience. For the first time in the series’ history, every character in its robust roster has a selection of different fighting styles to pick from, offering an expanded range of strategies to take into battle, as well as combat against.
