At the latest Nintendo Direct a new dark fantasy game was shown off, one which has undergone a name change since it was revealed over six months ago; Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE.
The game, formally known as Enigma Archives: RAIN CODE, is a collaboration from both Spike Chunsoft and Too Kyo Games, with many influences from the Danganronpa series. Both the art style and music borrow heavily from the aforementioned games, though RAIN CODE is also said to be influenced by the works of Tim Burton, and features 3D models in a city of never-ending rain.
Yuma, an amnesiac detective-in-training, and Shinigami, the spirit haunting him, tackle unsolved mysteries in a strange city caged by unending rain.

The city, under the complete control of megacorporations, is host to a slew of unsolved mysteries and secrets, which is where main character Yuma comes in alongside many other detectives each with their own special powers.
The game will be available first on Nintendo Switch in Spring 2023.
